New ad on email, national media in store -NO STOCK!

Towards the end of 2013 a 7 piece Patio set was advertised. On enquiry in store there were NO chairs available. ONLY tables. We were told to try other branches. We eventually sorted it out OURSELVES, by paying in extra for Oversized chairs. After visiting the store several times and promises being made from staff to call back with feedback. We NEVER had any feedback.
Around the same period a certain Coffee machine was advertised. On the day of the AD breaking, we went into the store to purchase the coffee machine, but once again was told there was NO STOCK. Once again we were given the same response as before- Go see if another store has stock. Still NO attempt to take our details to locate the machine and inform us!
They then had a Phillips shaver on Special, but got the SAME run-around!
Last week Thursday they had an ADVERTISED Special on EUROLUX 12 Watt insect killer, but to our AMAZEMENT - MAKRO was out of stock! At closer investigation (from the Ellies Rep) these units had never entered the store. The last time they had stock was 3 months before.
After being sent from Garden dept, to Lighting, to Shavers to Heaters, we approached the Customer services - with NO DELIGHT.
