Messed up account management w.r.t. electronic pay

I settled my account in full by paying with a bank transfer on 17th december 2012, the copy of which i have, but kept on getting calls from Queenspark to pay my instalments upon which i would fax the proof of payment to 27215974726 (which i get from callers) at each instance. The calls stopped around May in 2013 and i stopped getting statements, to which i understood to have settled my account, only to be told in November 2013 that my Queenspark bill has been referred to the credit bereau. Calls to Queenspark call centre gave me number (011 560 6195) to call, but they also referred me to (011 560 4363) where i was asked an account number that starts with 027800. calling queenspark, they tell me there is no such thing. its a funny circle that leaves me with no where to call in order to clear my name.
