Bad Attitude Manageress & long wait for help

I got to the till around 18:10pm to pay for my goods. Some were at discounted prices and required management authorisation, which the teller had rung the bell for (her till number was also flashing). She kept asking other employees for a manager to help with the discount. A white manageress eventually came (her name i cannot remember but her badge said Admin Manager). I told her that the managers obviously need some training as this happens regularly. She has the audacity to tell me that she's not supposed to be there and the more I tell her "but you the manager you should be here", she replies "no I'm not". I am so appalled at her disrespect for the customer and even more disgusted at her bad attitude. When I told her maybe I should call Checkers head office to complain, I get told "go ahead."
Come on!!! Is this the leadership and service that Checkers delivers?
I do NOT wish to be contacted by the store as previous complaint was similar and obviously nothing was done. I do however, want a written apology from Checkers Overport and the Admin Manageress who was so rude.
