On the 07.12.2013 me and my family (3 house holdes) went to do our December shopping at the Greeancers Checkers branch. we wanted to do ou December and January shopping but the store closed and instead of the staff allowing us to complete our shopping we harrased by a manager, she spoke so loud about us shopping that she was un aware that we could hear her, and her words was: " look at these people, they are shopping cant they see that the doors are closed". we were so furious that we almost left everything. we passed the till she stood and again she she harrased us by saying: " if you dont come to the till in 5 minutes we going to close it" my sister inlaw then went to the till while we went to get something to drink. we could not finish our shopping due a manager not wanting to give us sevice. we had to drive to another checkers in Kabega park. this was extra cost to me due to a manager not wanting to help us. i went to the branch manager on 09.12.2013 and showed her all the till slips, she promised to get back to as i was furious when i found out that the manager that closed was the sales manager. it is 3 weeks later and still have not received a call to apologise nothing.
