I ordered a pot set of around R3000 in March, unfortunately the set came damaged I damaged and they told me to return it and I did and I cancelled the order too and I insured the pot set to be retuned. now unfortunately the pot set still reflect on my account and no one is willing to rectify that. Asanda was very rude and told me that its not their problem or their fault that set is damaged and all I have to do is to pay them. and also I had to have the letter that states that I returned the product and that the company got the product back. I told her that I don't have that kind of document is hasn't been sent to me. she said tough on you, then you'll have to deal with our lawyers. even now I till don't have it.
