I ordered a furniture product in July 2013. I received it in October and only saw when the delivery van left that it was damaged. My calls were ignored until I threatened with my attorney. Then I was directed to the manufacturers, saying that they deliver a damaged product.
In speaking to the manufacturer, records showed that the product was only ordered 6 six weeks later than what Bedfords claim and that their controller showed that the product left the factory in tact.
BAD service and from Bedfords make that they will never see me again-and neither should you!
