Damaged goods and lying about the replacement

I ordered a package deal with electronic goods which was delivered on a saturday 4pm, after delivery the driver was conducting unprofessional behavior like asking for alcohol. the box of one of the products was old and worn, after further inspection i noticed the product was severly damaged, which i reported to the driver a hour after they left, he replied that he will come and replace the product the next day, he did not. he attempted bribing me with a electronic product in the return for peace of mind, i rejected. ever since they simply about when they are to replace the goods or just place me on hold. my name is margaret terblanche. number: 0736266134.
