I have placed an order almost a month ago for The Last of Us (PS3 Game) for my husband's birthday. When it arrived the box was damaged. I requested an exchange but that also arrived damaged. They contacted Sterkinekor (supplier) to deliver another, but still this box was also damaged. I told the driver so and he just shrugged and told me that that was the last one left in the country, but I actually found a shop in our mall that sells the same product UNDAMAGED. I'm very disappointed in Takealot as this issue still is unresolved. I've emailed them various times to ask maybe for compensation, but still to date received no response. For this amount of money I expected a product in a good condition but alas.
