TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AT EDGARS:
I discovered this morning when I checked my Transunion credit report that my account with Edgars, which I closed last year is still open. The account's status is showing as 'revolving'. Please Edgars/Edcon update this account with the various credit bureaux and mark it 'paid up and closed'. I am in the process of applying for a home loan and do not want an unnecessarily open account against my name like this because it affects my credit standing. Why was this account left open when I made it clear that I do not want any clothes account anymore?
