I requested that my account be closed. This has not happened I have not defaulted on payment. It has been a year since the request was made to close my account and all was payed up. I have checked my credit history and the status of this account is that it is still "ACTIVE". I followed up 3 weeks ago and still nothing has been done about the account. This is DISGUSTING customer service and I will NEVER shop at any edgars store ever again. Believe me I will spread the word that this company is a. This is not the first time that I have heard this has happened to other customers!!!
