I brought a jacket yesterday at 13:15 today for my daughter. After she fitted it did not fit her well. I took it back at 15:00 and the shop assistant did not want to exchange it for something else I was told that I can only exchange it for another sized. I asked her to phone her Head Office to found out if she could exchange it after she phone she said that they don't pick up their phones. She phone somebody else but they still refused. I asked if I can phone head office myself they did pick up their phone but I was told that somebody would phone me back nobody phone me back after 17:00. I told them that we need the jacket for a function and that I could not come in again. They just don't care. The point is I wanted to exchanged the jacket for a jacket that is the same value why can't they exchange the jacket I only had it for two hours. It makes you think in wearing a Jenni Button design if this is there policy. Sorry will never buy from them again.
