I am highly highly peeved with Foschini, I have never been anything but a good and loyal customer to the foschini group, so imagine my surpirse when i receive a letter with my September statement - only recevied last week stating they going to hand me over for an amount of R30.00, threating all kinds of legal action and saying I am in breach of contract. Also on my bill is a charge for a debt collection letter of R19.00 of which I have never recevied. I called accounts today to find out that my balance is only R55.00 of which I have now paid because I dont want to get a bad credit record on my name, which I better not have otherwise I seriously will take legal action. I have been nothing but a good payer, look at my records, I paid off my account I never received a Thank you for that, or acknowledgement, but heck dont pay R30.00 and you get threatned, I have cancelled the cellphone insurance off the account, so I better not still be getting charged for that. I have not run away and now I'm getting charged collection charges, its pathetic! I have paid the outstanding balance and wish to cancel my account!!
