Shop at Makro at least once a week. Was busy getting stock from shelve when forklift operator Harold shouted close the aisle. I responded can you please wait until I am finished, but they just carried on. Asked him for his name a few times, had to get his name from his name tag. While I was talking to him he let the forklifts forks down which released the elastic which nearly hit me in the face. I then went to there office to complain. Spoke to Abdul and showed him the person responsible which was still busy in the aisle. Abdul said he could not handle the problem in front of the customer he took my Makro card number and cell number said he will sort this out and get back to me. This happened last week Tuesday still no feedback. Am I not a good or big enough customer or do they just not care?
