CUSTOMER CARD

Yesterday at about 16:00 I wants to pay for items bought at Makro.. then the lady tells me my card has been block because my account is in arrears.. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT with Makro.. i never ever in my life was so embarrassed before lots of people... We went to the accounts department to check what is the problem.. firstly the Makro employee (male) sits where the Customer have to sit.. i have to stand .. then they tell me that my own personal card has been linked my work South African Breweries. ( my OLD card number 50019463) AS WELL AS SAB CARD NUMBER.

Then I have to re open a other card.. i use my card since Makro opens in Polokwane. there fore i waste an entire hour of my time for nothing.

i hate to be embarrassed before people and it is not my fault!!!
