On 13 Oct I made a purchase using my FNB debit card. The cashier swiped my card 2x saying that the first swipe did not register. I received 2 sms messages from FNB for the debits and both appeared on my bank statement. Subsequently Woolworths has to date not refunded me despite many calls and visits and supplying my bank statement. Their reluctance to refund brings their integrity into question.
