The Makro in Alberton was opened a few months ago. It is the best Makro I have visited,
However, a month ago my mother applied for a Makro card and was told that the card printer is broken and a "tempory" card was given to her. Fair enough, My mother then went the following week to follow up and possible collect her card and was told the same story,
On Saturday, I went and and enquired about a card for myself, and to my dismay, The card machine was still not fixed???
This is not a great start when in comes to customer service Makro Alberton.
I will be going in again this weekend to try again. Lets hope I leave with a card this time.
Sort out this Issue Makro, it does make for poor customer relations when things don't get repaired and customers are forced to wait on the incomopetence of others
