Last week Tuesday 24/09/2013, i bought a fridge which was on promotion. The person who helped me, said there is stock and i would get delivery for the fridge same day. i was not charged delivery and was told when my fridge is delivered i should pay cash. they gave me a copy of my receipt and kept the original. on Tuesday afternoon, i get a call saying some fridges fell off the bakkie as the forklift was loading them, i then asked them to delivered it on Saturday. it so happened i ended up in Makro. because it was pass midday, and i did not receive any call regarding my delivery, i approached a manager in the appliance section and narrated my story, he reprinted my receipt for the 24/09/2013. according to him there was no stock on that fridge, since i wanted that particular fridge, he said he will give me a call on Monday 30/09/2013, i told him what was told to me on Tuesday regarding paying cash for delivery, the manager said, the delivery will be free because of the inconvenience. I have waited the whole day, and no call. I call makro centurion, to enquire, and but i am being transferred from one department to another. nobody can help me? I want answers and i want my fridge!!!
