Unprofessional conduct from rep

I opened up a restaurant in Bethulie in the Free State and wanted to stock coke products.
Ever since I opened in September, I tried to get hold of a rep. I phoned the Bloemfontein office and was given a number for a rep called Mark Ferreira. I tried for two weeks with no avail. His no goes straight into voicemail.
I phoned the office again and they assured me that the no is correct. After a few days of trying again and again I phoned the office and asked to speak to the Manager. I was told he was not available. Surprise! I hardly put the phone down and there was a call for me from Mark Ferreira. He promised me he would come and see me on Friday the 1st of Nov. Needless to say nothing happened. Tried to phone the manager again and was given a number that after a few rings cuts the call. Eventually on the 8th of Nov Mark Ferreira came to see me without an appointment. I filled in all the necessary forms and was told he would be back on 12th November to take an order and delivery will be on Friday the 15th November. YET AGAIN - No rep to take my order and worse no delivery yet. Is the Bloemfontein branch still in operation?
