I phoned Mark 4 weeks ago to fix my fridge. He had a look at the fridge and told me that they need to take it with them to open the back in order to determine whats wrong. 3 days later I haven't heard anything from them. Eventually I got hold of him, Mark told me they'll have to replace the motor. So I decided to rather buy a new one. Mark said they are willing to buy the old fridge from me. Its been 3 weeks, I am still waiting for my money after many phone calls & emails!!! They are!
