We Bought a Base and Mattress three months ago (9 Febr 2013) from Lewis Stores at Bethulie, the delivery only took place a week later after they promised to deliver the following day. On delivery (14 Febr 2013) we found the base was damaged and point that directly out to the delivery boy and phoned Reinette Venter at their offices immediately, who promised to deliver another base the next day. We still wait for them, after many unsuccessful conversations with Reinette and her Manager. When we mentioned we will phone Head Office, because we do not get any joy from them, they said "Be my guest". We tried to phone Head Office but with no reply.
We thought to try them again, and bought another bed from them last week (9 Apr 2013), to see if they improved, oh my, oh my. They deliver a bed on the 12th, it's a total different bed from the one we bought and was even more damaged, and it looked like a repo. We phoned the office to complaint and they give us a "don't care attitude", we send that bed back and wait to see what's going to happened now.
I wonder if Lewis Stores, Head Office is aware that their Bethulie Branch delivers such bad service and selling damaged furniture.
