On the 29th of November 2012 I bought Labirint by Chanette Paul as an e-book. I tried to download it in the same manner as my previous purchases and failed. I kept on receiving an error message. I sent a mail to [URL Removed] about the 4th of December 2012 via their website and has to date not received a response.
I phoned them on numerous occasions and could not be helped.

Between Christmas and New Year I phone again. I was assisted by a helpful lady but she could not assist with regards to this error message and advised me to send an e-mail. I did this last week and has not received a response.

I don't want any more "help". I just want my order cancelled and my money back.
