On 03 Sep 2013 I ordered and paid for a book (Ref: 1000175454) via Kalahari from a 5 star rated third party to be delivered by courier. On 20 Sep 2013 I responded on Kalahari's website enquiring about the status of the delivery, (with an automatic response that my enquiry will receive attention in 48 hours). Until now, I received no feedback from Kalahari Customer Care on my enquiry.
I phoned Kalahari several times with different responses from the consultants varying from the book will be couriered soon or either cancelling the order. I cancelled the order on 30 Sep 2013, but could not complete the "re-fund request block" on the website, as such is not visible on my pc screen. I mentioned this also to the consultants, with no further assistance.
I received on 01 October 2013 a response from the third party's boyfriend that they have received the money from Kalahari, and are now trying to trace the tracking number (and courier company? )
Due to Kalahari's incorrect rating of the third party and credibility and Kalahari's lack of service in solving this matter properly, except for their standard answers, I would like Kalahari to re-fund me with R233-50 directly to my bank account.
