I bought an e-book, which was supposed to be a gift. Unfortunately I didn't enter a recipient email address, and the confirmation was sent to my email. I already bought the book in December, online, reading it on my Kalahari e-reader. I immediately phoned the Kalahari call centre and the person assured me seeing that I hasn't downloaded the new copy yet, the transaction can be reversed and my money refunded. My ebucks has still not been refunded.
