PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I went to the branch in Clearwater to purchase a cellphone to the value of R2000.00 on my account. When I got to the till the transaction would not go through and declined time after time, eventually there were 4 cashiers on top of each other shouting at each other on what to do. Although I had R5500 credit the transaction would not go through. After phoning the Head Office and getting an authorisation code twice the system would still not take the sale. I had to verify my personal details in the que in a public place twice, when I was requested to do so for the 3rd time, I refused. I left the phone and they lost a R2000 sale. Why sell cellphones if your system can not accommodate the sale. Yesterday when wanting to buy something at Shoe City with my Ackermans card the cashier told me that the card is not honoured. When phoning Head Office they said that my card had been blocked due to my refusal to co-operate on the day of the cellphone story. I had verified my personal details twice and refused to do it a 3rd time, now my account gets blocked although it is paid up? This is pathetic service from Ackermans and they have just lost a customer as clearly they dont need my business!
