I bought a pair of shoes in menlyn on the 31st of December for my sister, but unfortunately they did not fit her, today the 07th January, I took back the shoes ackermans in east rand, intention was to get the same pair of shoes however a bigger size but they did not have the same pair of shoes, so I decided to get refund since there is nothing I liked in the shop, so the cashier wanted to see the card I had made a purchase with in order for her to refund me, I used my cheque account, which makes my transaction a cash sale, I had a receipt and yet they decided to humiliate me and make me feel like a. I had not brought my card to the shop and I was told that I will not get my refund, what happened to the word customer service,? what kind of procedures are those that forces people to display more than proof for a purchase,? I am very disappointed as I loved this store so much
