I am working in the Client Service environment and know exactly how difficult it is to provide the best service to one's clients all the time. Therefore I really want to sincerely thank one of your exceptional employees Pamela Hashe. My contact with Pamela has been really impressive and pleasurable. Never have I encountered such a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line and so very very patient. To my great surprise I got feedback that my request was fulfilled the DAY AFTER I phoned her! That is really excellent service and going above and beyond her duty. I am really very grateful towards her, please extend my thanks to her for her special and awesome dedication and commitment. Great service like this should ALWAYS be applauded! :)
