08/08/2013 i happen to go ackermans to pay for my account which i did and ended up buying airtime and candy sweets but unfotunatley i forgot everything on the till because i was in a hurry but as i arrive at work i ralised that i have left eveything immediately i phoned the store to ask the cashier for my sore card and the things i bought the cashier had the sweets but not my store card then they gave me the no for the head office in capetown to block the card.i did phone them the lady confirm the purchases on that day which was mine at 2:04and another one at 2:16 and at that time i was already at work i told them i did not know about the last one then they told to go to the policestation for an affidavid and they will do a dispute which i did and i faxed everthing to them even the slips because i have to go back to the store so that they will print the other sip that i didnot know of and what a cor incident the same cashier that help the same cashier this card was used mandisa.and the head office phoned me 2 days later saying they cant help i am held liable for my card unless if i had asked the cashier to keep it for me so they cant help its my fault not the cashie
