NO UPDATES ON TRANSUNION ITC

Firstly I would like to apologize for the poor management of my Edgars account, however after making a payment arrangement with VVM Attorneys on behalf of Edgars I have been paying my Edgars account consistently, as I am now trying to rehabilitate my credit profile. With that being said I held up my end of the deal so why are you not holding up yours? WHEN will you be updating my Credit profile on Transunion?? I have noticed that there are a few reports on Hello Peter with the same general complaint. I know that most chain stores update with ITC every 14 days so why is it easy for others do do it but not easy for one of the BIGGEST chain stores around. I would think that being one of the leaders in retail you guys would have all your ducks in a row?? Clearly not. So it seems you dont pay you get punished and when you do start paying trying to better yourself you get punished as well? no wonder people give up and dont pay the outcome seems to be the same both ways. I dont think you realise how you hold peoples futures in your hands, Stop sending me smses to pay up my account, because whats the point when you cant even update my monthly payments? SORT THIS OUT!!!
