I received an sms from NBA on the 8th of May 2013 offering me discount on my Edgars account, On the 11th of May 2013, I had settled the account as per an arrangement. Since then, I haven't received the letter to confirm that my account with Edgars has been settled. Every time I call, I get told that the payment reflects from their side, But hasn't updated on Edgars system. They will let me know once it updates. I had pulled my ITC report from Transunion, The account still has the balance, The question is if you received the payment why don't you update ITC, How long does it take for your system to update on the client side? This is affecting my score and report as I had taken an initiative to clean my ITC profile. Please sort this mess out.
