I had an account with edgars which was an arrears and was handed over to the attorneys

I recently was by the means and have managed to settle this account in full.

I have already received the paid up letters and was advised by edgars customer service that my account would be updated as paid in full and closed at the credit bureas.

But even up to now I have checked with the credit bureaus, compuscan, transunion and experian and this account still shows in arrears and open on my credit report.

I have requested this on numerous occasions and to date this accounts still shows as open and in arrears on my credit profile.

Edgars are very quick to list people but as soon as cutomers pays their acccounts in full they don't care about you afterwards.

Due to this listing I have been declined home loans and was thinking about opening a new account at edgars but the way they treat their customers I'm having doubts now. Every deserves a second chance

Please edgars update my credit profile asap for this account with all relevant bureas you report to
