This is the third complain i am writing on the same issue. i am utterly disgusted with the way edgars is handling my query. it is like they are out to ruin my life.all i ask is for you department to just update my ITC . i do not want to deal with Edgars for as long i shall leave. Transunion has no idea what you guys are on about since 09 jan 2014 the update should have been done. please tell me and find out where the hold up is. i hate having to deal with all you incompetent staff. just update the records and we part ways
