I went to the shop where attended by a Sales person on the floor We selected our necessary goods & the through out the time in the shop we asked her about 3 times if they do COD the person that helped agreed that they do COD. At the till point, to pay for the delivery fee, the manager at the counter said we should pay in full. When asked what about COD he said they don't do it. Seeing that they use local random delivery guys just standing around and waiting for business, not looking if they are contracted with the shop. We asked: if we pay and the goods are damaged or does not get delivered, what happens then. He then said, we do the delivery on our own risk and he does not take any risk of damages, faulty goods or the goods not reaching my house. But we pay the delivery fees to him. Asking him why? He started screaming & yelling at us, saying that he does not take the risk, asking us, what if he delivers and we don't pay, then we told him, then he does not un-load the truck of goods. Still ranting and raving and screaming at us, he told us that he does not need our business. Chasing us out of his shop like dogs. utterly utterly unprofessional, disrespectful and un-called for.
