DAMAGED GOODS AND POOR SERVICE

I BOUGHT MY COUCHES WITH R40 000.00 LAST YEAR MAY.THEY WERE DELIVERED IN A SMALL HYUNDAI TRUCK TOGETHER WITH MANY OTHER FURNITURE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS, I WENT TO A SHOP TO COMPLAIN, AT SOME POINT I NOTICED THAT MY COUCHES HAVE A PROBLEM, I REPORTED, THEY SENT PEOPLE TO FIX THEM, THEY EVEN SAID THEY NEED TO BE RETURNED BACK, WE WENT TO THE SHOP TO REPORT, IT WAS THEN TAKEN TO BE FIXED, ITS BEEN 3 TO 4 MONTHS, WENT TO THE SHOP TO ENQUIRE SINCE NO ONE COMMUNICATED WITH ME, I WAS CALLED TO BE TOLD THEY WILL DELIVER, 2 DAYS AFTER THEY DID NOT PITCH FOR DELIVERY I WAS TOLD THE FOUND ANOTHER FAULT AND THEY WILL FIX AGAIN. THEY KEPT QUIET UNTIL I WENT TO ASK AND NOTHING HAPPEN, THE OTHER DAY I SAW A POST ON FACEBOOK AND I COMMENTED TO COMPLAIN AND THE OWNER CALLED ME AND PROMISED TO ASSIST, NOTHING HAPPENED, I WENT TO THE SHOP AGAIN AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO WAYLIN, HE PROMISED TO CALL ME THE FOLLOWING DAY, HE EVER DID, I ALREADY TOLD THEM THAT THE 2 SEETER IS ALSO FAULTY, BUT THEY DOING NOTHING, FINALLY THEY DELIVERED MY LEATHER COUCH HAD STAINS AS IF IT WAS IN SOMEBODYS HOUSE, FULL OF PORRIDGE, I RETURNED THEM WITH IT, NO ONE CALLS ME AFTER THAT UNTIL I WENT TO THE SHOP. UP TO SO FAR I DONT HAVE THEM
