Worst courier company in the country - do not use

I used Time freight to transport my goods from JHB to Secunda. The delivery truck rolled and my goods was damaged, They delivered the damaged goods and forced me to pay the delivery cost so I would be able file an insurance claim with them and they promised to replace the goods.

4 months have now pasted I have not received my payout, they have also taken away the the damaged goods for the insurance to evaluate.

I run a small business, they have caused a loss to the amount to R12000, I will never recover from this loss.

I often phone for to get a status update, their answer is they are busy on the matter.

4 months???

My advise is to stay away from this company.
I am now looking at opening a case against them to get my goods replaced.
