I bought the Chartwell plasma unit-Mahogany on the 13/07/13 at the above mentioned shop and i bought it cash with delivery. The TV stand was delivered after a week with factory fault on it and damage as well.
I did launched a complaint about the goods received and it took the shop two weeks full to respond from my complaint. I had to push them to deliver it as soon as possible.
Then another TV stand was delivered on the 03/08/13 with factory fault again.
I am not happy with the service i received from the shop and i believe that i was not given the value for money of the goods that i bought.
Please assist me in this regard, since that I'm not happy with the service at all. I don't know if this is how the shop treats their customers or it is only me who bought it at the wrong time.
