Last year I purchased a Laptop which I gave back after a lot of trouble. I complained on Hallo Peter. Soon a Manager form Joshua phoned me and said I could return the Laptop, and choose something else from the store, which I took a television. The amount that I have already paid on the Laptop would be deducted from the Televion's price. I went to Joshua doore last year November to pay the settlement amount on the television. After a long work out on the account the lady gave me the settlement amount and I paid it. In the last 2 months I keep getting phone calls to pay the laptop and televion. I went to the Modimolle branch to fix all this mess, but still nothing is done to fix it. I am not going to pay anything. Joshua Doore cant give me a settlement amount and than phone me a few months later claiming I owe them money, every time they phone I tell them the same story and no one is fixing it. Im so irratated with Joshua Doore, and its the second time im getting such pathetic service from them.
