I have spoken to (x4) Joshua Doore call agents (including the branch where I opened my account) and they cannot pick up my account details on the system. How is this possible? I pay R1143 per month and a R264 and I receive an invoice sent to my home but yet now that I have a query - Im nowhere to be found?
I require a settlement account letter on an official JD letter head to be given to my bank to show what I still owe in total on the furtinture account and the loan as I want to buy a home. If Im invisible and cannot be found anywhere, then why do I still have to pay an installment? All I want is a settlement account letter with all my details to show what I still owe
This is not the first time that ive been very unhappy with JD's service. When Im in need, Ive never been assisted properly
