Cash Payment not captured

On 30/08/2013 my sister went to the above mentioned store to make a payment for her account. She was assisted by an Indian Lady who hand written the payment of R1000 and said it will be captured on the following day as the the system was offline. On 13/09/2013 she went to the same store query the payment as she was receiving smses and phone calls that the account is still unpaid, they told her that they haven't captured the payment because there are many of them. Today too she received a threatening call regarding the non-payment, still the payment has not been captured. Please refund her so that we can do an eft rather or capture the payment urgently.
