I reported my TV (Samsung 51' full HD Plasma 3D) faulty on 30.10.2013. I was told that my TV would be collected by LIPTRONICS CC on 31.10.2013, no one called and no one pitched up to collect, this is just blatantly rude and very unprofessional. They could have at least called to say that they would not make it that day. Then LIPTRONICS CC told me that they would deliver on 11.11.2013. Yesterday 11.11.2013 I received a call to say that they are parking outside in front of my house. I said to the driver that he should have let me known 2 hours before the time as agreed upon with LIPTRONICS as there was no way I could get off from work with such short notice and speed home to receive my TV. The driver asked me if it would be OK to leave my TV at the neighbor's house (seriously). I asked that they deliver the next day which is today 12.11.2013 and still no phone call; it is nearly 14:00pm. I overlooked yesterday's incident but felt that I needed to report it as I still haven't received feedback. I Called and was told that the TV would be delivered today. Thank you GAME for choosing such a professional and customer service driven company to handle your/our repairs.
