My husband and I bought a Samsung Oven from Claremont Home Appliances. It is faulty (does not produce heat) and when we reported this, we were told that the company responsible for repairs/servicing is Liptronics. For over a week now, both myself and the lady at Claremont Home Appliances have either been unable to reach Liptronics, or they have been completely unhelpful over the phone.
