My iron went in for repairs, after the plates did not heat up no more and it made a beeping sound hole time.
Dawn Wing couriers fetched it, after phoning daily to hear where is my iron it came back yesterday, the one iron plate was placed totally skew and a hair was in the casing of the iron.
I phoned them and Craig called me back and requested me to bring the iron in, after i took it to him lunch time he had a look at it and said its not acceptable to get a iron back from repairs in that condition, and he immediately without fuss or a scene issued me with a brand new iron and in new packaging etc.
Excellent customer services and an excellent product.
