Oven out of use for THREE months

Late in 2012 my husband and I purchased a Samsung oven (and other products) to furnish our new home which we moved into in December 2012. In March 2013 the oven fan started making knocking noises and by June I could no longer use it. I logged a job with Liptronics who sent Nigel (technician) in June to repair it. After a week, the noises returned and I immediately called Liptronics to report the same issue, no new job number was given to me this time. After contacting Liptronics several times a week (holding on for hours and cutoff several times), its almost THREE months since I have been able to use my oven. Every time I called (no one ever returns calls), no one knew what was happening with my job, apparently parts were ordered and had not arrived, always an excuse, and I was always told I would be contacted to arrange a time so my oven can be repaired. Today I have been promised that a technician will be at my house tomorrow to repair it... we'll see this time. What pathetic service! Even after speaking to the manager Neels, my oven is yet to be fixed. My advice to all is to never purchase Samsung products when you are forced to deal with Liptronics as the service centre.
