GOOD DAY, IN NOVEMBER 2012 ROUND ABOUT THE 24TH I WENT TO THE STORE AND PURCHASED A CORNER LOUNGE SUITE, PLASMA TV, HOME THEATRE SYSTEM, TV STAND AND A SEALLY BED. FIRSTLY I WAS TOLD THAT THE FIRST INSTALLMENT WILL GO OUT IN JANUARY 2013, THE INSTALLMENT WENT OUT IN DECEMBER 2012. I CLEARLY ADVISED THE SALESPERSON THAT MY WIFE AND I WORK AND WE ARE RENTING SO WHEN THEY DELIVER THEY NEED TO INFORM US SO THAT WE CAN ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT THE PREMISES TO WHICH THEY DID NOT DO. OUT OFF THE BLUE EARLY DECEMBER 2012 THEY DECIDED TO DELIVER THE GOODS AND NO ONE WAS HOME SO THEY LEAVE THE TV AND STAND WITH THE LANDLORD AND TOOK THE REST OF THE STUFF BACK!!! A WEEK LATER MY WIFE AND I TRIED TO SETUP THE LOUNGE SUITE HOWEVER THE CORNER SEAT WERE A REJECT AND I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE SALES PERSON WHO THEN ONLY GOT THE SEATS REPLACED IN APRIL 2013 (5 MONTHS LATER) END OF OCTOBER I CALLED TO SAY THE SPIKES ON THE BED ARE SHOWING AND THE DVD DOES NOT WANT TO COME ON. EARLY NOVEMBER THEY PICKED UP THE DVD PLAYER AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THE LADY FROM SEALLY THEN CALLS ME 2 WEEKS AFTER I LAID THE COMPLAINT TO SAY THE BED WAS PURCHASED IN 2011 AND IS OUT OF GAURENTEE HOW IS THAT???
