I ordered a pair of brown leather brogues from your online store on Monday 04.11.2013, and they were delivered in good time on Thursday 07.11.2013. However, the shoes had black marks on the uppers and some of the stitching on the uppers had come undone. I phoned your online call centre, who were very helpful and arranged for a new pair to be delivered. I received them on Friday 08.11.2013, but again the stitching on the upper was loose. I have given Woolworth one more chance to deliver me an intact pair of shoes.

This is unacceptable - Woolworths' distinguishing point is the quality of their product, which is why we pay the higher prices you charge. Is there no quality control!? How can your stores send a subpar product out to a paying customer - TWICE! The entire point of online shopping is the convenience of not having to go to the store, but it seems I now have to go to a store myself to do your quality control for you!

Silver lining - the online call centre was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Special mention to Vuyo and Zolani who were fantastic.
