No Service after Sale

All was good at the begining until my lay-bye was done and it was time to collect my goods. Mis-communication between the business. I went to Woodmead the 1st time to collect only to find that the transfer was not requested from the warehouse. None the less I changed the item to something similar & was told to wait a month for the stock. Fair enough this was ok, paid the difference and waited the month. Upon returning to collect after receiving a call to collect, only to find that the very same error in communication had occurred. Second time still not lucky. I was told to come back the next week to collect of which i thought was unfair, it was their error so they should deliver. I had to call to remind them of their commitment to deliver. To date I do not have my furniture and I am told a refund will take 1 week which is absolutley unreasonable to expect me to wait once again for their error.

Rochester, it is not surprizing the number of complaints you bring in. The service is utterly discguisting
