Bad BUY - Azzuri Loung Suite

As discussed with you on the telephone, I purchased this lounge suite cash from your House & Home branch in Rustenburg on the 07 December 2012.

The lounge suite is busy collapsing and the stitching is coming loose, my husband contacted a Antoinette 2 weeks ago to inform them of this, an appointment was set up for today (03/04) at 10h00, nobody arrived I them called the store and was told the lady that he spoke to was in hospital and nothing could be done, I especially took the day off work to be here to show the lounge suite, the lady I spoke to today was Madelien, she told me there was nothing that could be done as the driver that could come was off loading at the factory.

I telephoned your head office reporting this morning, and it seems that once again I am being sent from pillar to post, now as I paid cash and House & Home had no problem when they accepted my good hard earned money, now they fob me off, I want someone here today, that has authority to replace this lounge suite, failing which I will go to the media with this, as this kind of service is will be not acceptable or tolerated
