I cant believe that i paid cash for my lounge suite yet its been a endless battle trying to get some customer service from OK Furnishers Wynberg. Purchased a lounge suite March 2012 by Oct 2012 springs in furniture was poking you so I reported this to the store Spoke to a guy called Cecil initially in November 2012 who in turn would get a job number so they could fetch the furniture to have it fixed weeks went by and no response i in turn then called and spoke to the manager, Faizel who would follow up on what was happening. Nothing was happening just as I thought so by now it was December and most companies closes so I was told that I now needto call the 1st week in january 2013 which I did but then the manager was on leave and then off sick so I spoke to Cecil again on the sat the 05th when I visited the store. He assured me that he would call me the Mon which as expected he did not and I had to call him, He then said he would have the job number by wed and that he would let me know, I then AGAIN phoned him 09.01.2013 and his response i will call you tomorow and i again had to call him and response once again I will call you back How pathetic is this for service and I paid CASH!!!
