I bought a bed from the Bed Shop in Melville the mattress gave in and after one year I went to the shop to complaint without an invoice. Rassie made a note of it and told me that the invoice books has long since been filed. He promised that once his renovations to the shop were completed he will get onto it.
He went through all those hundreds of invoices looking for mine because I had binned my invoice. He found it and called me 2 months later to say that he wants to deliver a new mattress... that is what I call excellent service!!!
