I bought a mattress over a week ago from the Cresta Bed Shop along Beyer's Naude, the agreement was that the mattress would be delivered to my gran by the East London branch as soon as possible. This was not the case as the Cresta branch stalled transfering money to East London for the mattress to be delivered, after 4days it was finally transfered and all necessary delivery paymnets sorted, we are still awaiting the delivery, in the mean time my grand mother is sleeping in a couch in the lounge because she was told her mattress would be delivered soon. It still hasnt been delivered even though i made countless please to the Cresta branch that my grandmother needs the mattress urgently. they are quick to sell but slow to deliver. Today we were called and told that since it MIGHT rain the mattress may only be delivered on Friday, so if it rains for the whole of February, my grandmother is going to have to sleep in the lounge becasue the East London delivery people do not work or deliver when it is raining. This service is utterly disgusting, if i ever buy anything from the Bed Shop i'll be demon possessed. Disgusting service!!!
