I am appauled at the quality of the bed i have bought at The Bed Shop. In December 2012 I purchased a 3/4 bed for my 5 year old son. 5 months later the bed has turned into a sinking ship (it is sagging) I went back to them 2 weeks later to tell them and I was told absolute nonsense that I have to pay to have It fixed which is, how can you provide me with a low quality mattress and expect me to now pay to have it fixed. I am furious and expect this to be resolved. A 5 year old sleeps on that mattress and a 5 year old cannot make a mattress sag in 5 months.
